Need to make a return?
We have an “easy in – easy out” return policy. Checkout the information below.
To qualify for a return, you must meet the requirements below:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still attached
- We will not accept returns of customized items, socks, or underwear
- If you received a defective item, please contact us
What about exchanges?
We don’t offer an exchange service. Instead please return your selected item(s) and place a new order.
Return Instructions:
Gather the item(s) you’d like to return along with this slip and package them up securely.
You will need to obtain a shipping label from your carrier of choice – return your package to the appropriate address listed below. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Once we receive your return items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds can take 2-10 days to process depending on your bank.
